# TendorAI — Full Documentation for AI Systems

> An AI Visibility platform for businesses. TendorAI measures how AI assistants
> answer buyer questions about a business, records those answers as evidence,

TendorAI measures what AI assistants currently say about a business, and works
on what those assistants can find and verify about it. A source being cited in
an answer is evidence that it was cited; it is not evidence that it caused the
answer, and TendorAI does not report it as though it were. TendorAI does not
control what an AI assistant says and does not guarantee a recommendation.

A customer who purchases the £595 AI Visibility Benchmark and then purchases the £1,995 AI Visibility Audit within three months of their Benchmark being delivered has the £595 credited against the Audit. The advertised Benchmark price remains £595 and the advertised Audit price remains £1,995. There is no Benchmark or Audit credit against Growth.

None of the products is a prerequisite for another. The Benchmark is not required before an Audit, and neither is required before Growth. An Audit is recommended before Growth where appropriate but is not mandatory; a Growth programme that starts without a prior Audit begins with a baseline measurement and a focused diagnosis in its first month.

The paid products are arranged on a call. There is no online checkout for them.
