Printing & Copying
- A3 colour MFP: £45-120/month (lease + all-inclusive service)
- Average CPC: 0.3-0.5p mono, 3-5p colour
- Tip: Don't lease a 60ppm machine if you only do 3,000 pages/month
Phone System
- Cloud VoIP: £8-15 per user/month
- Handsets: £65-95 each (or free with softphones)
- Tip: Check your broadband speed before switching
CCTV & Security
- 4-camera IP system: £1,200-2,000 installed
- Cloud monitoring: £25-30/month
- Tip: 4K is only worth it if you need to read number plates or facial detail
IT Support
- Managed IT: £35-50 per user/month
- Should include: M365, endpoint protection, helpdesk, backup
- Tip: Make sure your provider has Cyber Essentials at minimum
