People are asking AI about businesses like yours

You can have a good website, rank well in search, and still be missing from those answers — or described in a way you would not recognise. We measure what AI assistants say about your business, work out why, change the signals they read, and measure again.

The AI Visibility Audit is a one-off £2,495. AI Visibility Growth, the managed programme, is £2,995 per month on an initial three-month term. Enterprise starts at £5,000 per month. The AI Visibility Report is free.

What TendorAI does

TendorAI helps businesses become more visible to AI.

In practice that means four things, in order. We measure how AI assistants currently represent your business. We diagnose the factors that may be holding your visibility back. We implement improvements to the public signals those assistants read. Then we measure again, against the same prompts, so the effect of the work is visible rather than assumed.

We are deliberately careful about the language there. We can show you what changed after an intervention. We cannot tell you that an AI assistant will recommend you, and nobody honestly can — which is the subject of what we promise and what we don’t, below.

Why this matters to your business

AI assistants have become one of the ways people discover, compare and research businesses. Someone describes what they need, and the assistant answers with a short list — often just a handful of names, drawn from whatever public information it can find and interpret.

If your business is absent from those answers, described inconsistently, or represented using information that is out of date, that can affect whether you are considered at all. Not because you were rejected, but because you never entered the shortlist to be compared.

The uncomfortable part is that this is largely invisible from your side. Nothing shows up in your analytics when an assistant names a competitor instead of you. The first step is simply finding out where you stand.

How common is it to be missing? We measured. Across 1,214 SRA-regulated solicitor firms in 17 UK cities, 83% were never named once across the answers they were eligible to appear in. That is one sector, on one prompt panel, in one window — not a claim about every industry. It is the reason we measure a business before saying anything about it.

This is related to SEO, but it is not an SEO package

Search engine optimisation is about how your pages rank when someone searches. It is worth doing and we do not ask anyone to stop. But an AI assistant is not ranking your pages — it is assembling an answer from what it can find and understand about you, and then deciding whether to name you in it.

That shifts what matters. Our work concentrates on:

  • How AI assistants currently represent your business, in their own words
  • What information about you they appear able to access and interpret
  • How your public signals — structured data, profiles, directories, your own pages — are being read
  • Where the gaps between those signals and reality appear
  • Which of those gaps are worth closing first
  • Whether closing them changes what the next measurement returns

That last point is the one a generic report cannot give you. A report describes a moment. It cannot tell you whether anything you did afterwards made a difference.

How the work runs

Measure → Diagnose → Intervene → Measure again → Learn.

That cycle is the whole method, and it repeats. Each pass through it tells us something the previous one could not: which changes moved the measurement, which did not, and what is worth trying next. The wider programme runs the same logic at a larger scale — discover, measure, analyse, diagnose, research, plan, implement, publish, measure again, learn, refine.

The reason it is a cycle rather than a project with an end date is straightforward. What AI assistants can find out about you keeps changing, because your business changes, the sources describing you change, and the platforms themselves change without notice. A single pass tells you where you stood on one day.

Free AI Visibility Report — £0

“What does AI currently see when it looks at my business?”

That is the one question the free report answers. It gives you an evidence-based snapshot of where your visibility stands today: whether AI assistants are naming your business, how they describe you when they do, and which public sources they appear able to read.

It is a starting point — not a full diagnosis, and not an ongoing service. It is permanently free, needs no payment details, and there is no trial that expires.

If it surfaces something you want to understand properly, the Audit goes considerably further.

AI Visibility Audit — £2,495 one-off

“What does the evidence show, where are the important gaps, and what should I address first?”

The Audit is a deep investigation into how AI assistants currently represent your business. It runs measurement first, then investigation, then diagnosis, then priorities — in that order, because a priority that is not grounded in a measurement is just an opinion.

Depending on what your business turns out to need, it covers:

  • Your current AI visibility position, measured rather than estimated
  • How AI assistants represent your business in their own words
  • Competitor visibility, where it is relevant to your market
  • The sources and signals appearing in answers about your sector
  • The public information available about you, and how consistent it is
  • Your structured data, and what it does and does not tell an assistant
  • Your website and content signals
  • The visibility gaps the evidence points to
  • Evidence-based findings, prioritised

What you leave with: a documented assessment of where your business stands, what the evidence shows, where the important gaps are, and what should be tackled first.

Best for a business that wants a proper evidence base before committing to ongoing work — including the evidence to decide that no ongoing work is needed. The findings are yours either way, and you are free to act on them with your own team or developer.

AI Visibility Growth — £2,995/month

Initial three-month term

“Will you work on this with me continuously, and measure what happens?”

We don’t just tell you there is a problem. We work on it with you.

Growth is TendorAI’s managed AI visibility programme. We continuously investigate how AI assistants represent your business, identify the likely reasons visibility is weak or inconsistent, implement the improvements we agree with you, and then measure again to see what changed.

This is managed work, not software you are expected to operate yourself. There is no dashboard you are left to interpret alone and no queue of tasks handed back to you.

What actually happens

  1. Measure

We establish your AI visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity on a prompt set agreed and fixed at onboarding. Keeping the prompts constant is what makes month three comparable with month one.

  2. Diagnose

We investigate what AI assistants can currently find, understand and use about your business — your website content, your structured data, your public profiles, the directories that come up in answers about your sector, and other public information.

  3. Prioritise

We decide what is most worth addressing based on what the evidence actually shows about your business. This is a judgement made on your case, not a checklist generated from a template.

  4. Implement

We make the agreed improvements to your public signals: structured data, pages, content and the public information that describes you. We can do the work, or supply it for your own web developer to apply.

  5. Document

Every significant intervention is recorded: what changed, when, why, and what we expected it to do. That record is what turns the next measurement into evidence rather than an anecdote.

  6. Measure again

We re-run the same measurement framework so you can see what happened after the work — not receive another opinion about it.

What you receive

  • Ongoing measurement of your AI visibility on a fixed, comparable prompt set
  • Analysis of how AI assistants represent your business over time
  • Investigation of the public signals that describe you
  • Prioritised recommendations, grounded in what the evidence shows
  • Implementation of the improvements you agree to — by us, or supplied for your developer
  • A written record of every significant intervention, its date, and what we expected it to do
  • Re-measurement against the same prompt set
  • An evidence trail of what was tried and what happened afterwards
  • Continuing refinement of the programme as the results come in

The specific work depends on what the evidence finds. Two businesses on Growth will not receive an identical set of interventions, because they will not have identical problems.

Why Growth is £2,995 a month

You are not paying £2,995 for access to a tool. You are paying for an ongoing managed service: research, measurement, analysis, diagnosis, prioritisation, implementation and re-measurement, run every month by people who do this specific work.

You could try to work this out yourself. But AI visibility is not a single setting you switch on. It requires a measurement framework you keep constant, prompts run repeatedly and interpreted consistently, investigation of the public information that describes you, a judgement about what to change, the implementation itself, a record of what you did, and then honest re-measurement. TendorAI brings those activities into one ongoing programme and takes responsibility for coordinating them.

What we do not do is promise a financial return, because we cannot know one. What we can say is that the work is measured, documented, and open to your inspection at every step.

Could you not just do this yourself?

Honestly, yes — in part. Anyone can open an AI assistant and ask it about their own business. That is a genuinely useful thing to do, and we would encourage it.

Doing it properly is a different matter. It means:

  • Building a measurement framework and then keeping it identical over time
  • Running the same prompts repeatedly, rather than the ones that happen to come to mind
  • Interpreting answers that vary between runs of the same question
  • Investigating the public information that describes you, across all of the places it lives
  • Working out which gaps plausibly matter and which are noise
  • Deciding what to change, and then actually changing it
  • Recording what was changed and when, so a later measurement means something
  • Re-measuring, and being honest about what the numbers show

Each of those is achievable. Doing all of them, every month, alongside running your business, is the part that tends not to survive contact with a busy quarter. That coordination is what Growth is.

The evidence behind the approach

We didn’t build TendorAI around assumptions. We started by measuring what AI assistants actually return when businesses are tested, and we published the results — including the ones that make the sales conversation harder.

Our August 2026 study tracked 1,214 SRA-regulated solicitor firms across 17 UK cities on a fixed panel of 68 prompts, producing 48,560 firm-answer observations. Of those firms, 1,003 — 83% — were never named once in any of their 40 eligible answers. Three were named in all 40. In that measurement, visibility behaved more like a threshold than a ranking.

The July 2026 study measured 12,279 citations across UK solicitor searches, and found a UK citation landscape that looks materially different from the US research it set out to test.

Both are studies of UK solicitors, on specific prompt panels, in specific windows. We do not present them as findings about every business or every AI platform — they are evidence of how we work, and of the fact that we measure before we assert. The full method, the deviations logs and the underlying datasets are published on our research page.

Moving from the Audit into Growth

A £500 Audit→Growth credit is available. A customer who purchases the £2,495 AI Visibility Audit and subsequently moves into the £2,995 per month AI Visibility Growth programme may receive a £500 credit against Growth. TendorAI is not currently VAT-registered, so the prices on this page are the prices charged and nothing is added to them.

There is no online checkout for the paid products, and that is deliberate. The scope of the work depends on what the evidence shows about your business, so we agree it with you before anything begins. Everything paid is arranged on a call.

What we promise — and what we don’t

We promise the work will be accurate and verifiable. The structured data we install will match your entry on the relevant public register. Every figure we report will carry a date, a method and a sample size.

We don’t promise that any AI assistant will recommend you, and we’d be sceptical of anyone who does. Our own research is why: we measured 1,214 UK solicitors over five weeks and found that firms we made no changes to at all moved by 0.6 percentage points between measurements. Visibility moves on its own. Anyone selling you a guaranteed position is either not measuring a control group or not telling you about it.

There is no refund guarantee attached to this programme. The three-month initial term exists because AI assistants don’t re-read a website overnight, not because we think you’ll want to leave.

Questions people ask before booking

Is this SEO?
No, though the two are related. SEO is about how search engines rank pages. Our work is about what AI assistants can find, read and repeat about your business, which is a different question with different inputs — structured data, public profiles, the consistency of your details across sources, and the content on your own site. Most businesses benefit from both. We do not replace an SEO agency and we do not ask you to drop one.
Which AI platforms do you measure?
ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. We measure on a prompt set agreed and fixed at onboarding, and we keep it constant so that month three is comparable with month one. Changing the prompts would make the numbers move for reasons that have nothing to do with your business.
What happens in the first three months of Growth?
Onboarding and a first measurement establish your baseline. From there the cycle runs: we diagnose what AI assistants can currently find and use about you, agree the priorities, implement the changes, record what was changed and why, and re-measure against the same prompt set. Three months is the shortest span in which a change can be implemented and then honestly re-measured.
What does the AI Visibility Audit include?
A measurement of your current AI visibility position, an assessment of how AI assistants represent your business, competitors and cited sources where relevant, analysis of the public signals available about you, the visibility gaps the evidence points to, and a prioritised set of findings. It is one-off work: an evidence base, not an ongoing programme.
What happens after the Audit?
Nothing automatically. The Audit is complete in itself and you own the findings — you can act on them with your own team or developer. If you would rather we did the work with you continuously, Growth is the next step, and a £500 Audit→Growth credit may be available.
Do you need access to my website?
Not necessarily. Implementation can be carried out by us, which does require access, or by your own web developer, in which case we supply the changes and your developer applies them.
Can my own developer implement the changes?
Yes. That is one of the two supported routes. We provide the structured data and the page and content changes, your developer applies them, and we re-measure against the same prompt set either way. The written record of every change, its date and what we expected it to do is kept regardless of who applies it.
Do you guarantee that AI assistants will recommend my business?
No, and we would be sceptical of anyone who does. We do not control third-party AI platforms, and they change without notice. What we commit to is that the work is accurate and verifiable, that every figure we report carries a date and a method, and that we re-measure so you can see what happened rather than take our word for it.
Do you guarantee that visibility will increase?
No. Our own research is the reason. In our August 2026 study, a control group of firms we changed nothing about moved by 0.6 percentage points across five weeks. Visibility drifts on its own, which means an intervention has to beat that drift before it means anything — and it also means no honest supplier can promise you a number in advance.
Why is Growth an ongoing programme rather than a one-off fix?
Because AI visibility is not a setting you switch on. What assistants can find about you changes as your business, your sources and the platforms themselves change, and the only way to know whether a change helped is to measure again after making it. A one-off report tells you where you stood on one day.
Why is there no online checkout?
Because these are managed engagements rather than software subscriptions. The scope of the work depends on what the evidence shows about your business, so we agree it with you on a call before anything starts. Paid work is arranged directly with us.
What happens after the initial three-month Growth term?
The programme continues month to month unless you tell us otherwise. The initial term exists so there is time to measure, implement and re-measure — not because we think you will want to leave.
Is Foundation publicly available?
No. Foundation is a selective, private, lower-scope programme at £1,995 per month, initially three months. It is not a public self-serve option and we do not advertise it as one. If you think it might be the right fit, raise it on a call and we will tell you honestly whether it is.
What is Enterprise AI Visibility?
A larger or more complex engagement, priced from £5,000 per month. Scope and commercial terms are agreed with you rather than fixed in advance, so the figure depends on what the engagement actually covers.
Is VAT added to these prices?
No. TendorAI is not currently VAT-registered, so the prices shown are the prices charged. If that changes, we will tell you before it affects you.
Do you only work with solicitors?
No. Solicitors are the vertical we researched and published on first, so our measurement work covers SRA-regulated firms in the most depth, and for a solicitor the structured data we install is checked against the firm’s entry on the SRA register. The programme itself is not limited to solicitors.
