AI Visibility Growth

Act, measure and improve.

The managed programme. We identify what to do from the evidence, agree it with you, implement it, record what changed, then measure the same questions again and compare.

£1,995 per month, on an initial three-month term. TendorAI is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.

What Growth is

An implementation and measurement programme. Not a dashboard, and not a monitoring service.

We don’t just tell you there is a problem. We do the work on it with you. That is the whole difference between Growth and the other two products. The Benchmark records what is happening. The Audit explains it. Growth acts on it and then measures whether anything moved.

It is managed work, not software you are expected to operate yourself. There is no dashboard you are left to interpret alone, and no queue of tasks handed back to you to do in your own time.

It is a cycle rather than a project with an end date, because what assistants can find out about you keeps changing — your business changes, the sources describing you change, and the platforms themselves change without notice. A single pass tells you where you stood on one day.

You do not need a Benchmark or an Audit first

An Audit is recommended before Growth, because starting from a finished evidence base means the first month goes straight into action. It is not mandatory, and neither is a Benchmark.

Where you start Growth without an Audit, month one includes:

  • Baseline measurement — the agreed question set, put to the assistants and repeated, establishing the position everything later is compared against
  • A focused diagnosis — what assistants can and cannot currently find, read and use about your business
  • Identification of the actions that follow from it

So the programme still begins from evidence rather than assumption. The difference is that the diagnosis is focused on what is needed to start work, rather than being the full standing evidence base an Audit produces.

Where you have already bought an Audit, Growth starts from those findings and moves straight into action and measurement. There is no credit either way: the £595 Benchmark credit applies to the Audit only, and no Benchmark or Audit payment is credited against Growth.

What actually happens

The cycle below is what the monthly fee buys. It runs continuously, each pass measured against the one before it.

  1. Baseline measurement

Your question set is agreed and fixed, put to the assistants and repeated. That first measurement is the baseline everything afterwards is read against. Change the questions later and the numbers move for reasons that have nothing to do with your business, so they stay constant.

  2. Focused diagnosis

We work out what assistants can and cannot currently find, read and use about you — your site, your structured data, your public profiles, and the sources that come up in answers about your market.

  3. Actions identified from the findings

The priorities come out of the evidence rather than a checklist, and we set out what we propose to do and what we expect it to affect.

  4. Your approval

Nothing goes live without you agreeing to it. You see what is proposed before it happens, not after.

  5. Implementation

We make the agreed changes: structured data, page and content changes, and corrections where your public details are inconsistent. We can do the work, or supply it for your own web developer to apply.

  6. A written record of every change

What changed, when, why, and what we expected it to do. That record is what turns the next measurement into evidence rather than an anecdote.

  7. Re-measurement

The same questions go back to the same assistants, unchanged.

  8. Comparison and reporting

The new measurement is set against the baseline: what moved, what did not, and by how much — reported as an observation, not as proof that the work caused it. Then the cycle repeats.

The same sequence, in the customer-facing shorthand used across the site: Understand → Measure → Evidence → Find → Act → Remeasure → Compare → Report. It is set out stage by stage on How It Works.

Who does the implementation

Either us or your own web developer — both are supported, and the choice does not change the price or the measurement.

  • We implement — which requires access to whatever is being changed, agreed with you and scoped to what the work needs
  • Your developer implements — we supply the structured data and the page and content changes, and your developer applies them

Either way, every significant change is recorded with its date and what we expected it to do, and the re-measurement runs against the same question set. The written record is kept regardless of who applied the change, because without it the next measurement is just another number.

Why there is an initial three-month term

Three months is the shortest span in which a change can be implemented and then honestly re-measured. Assistants do not re-read a website overnight, and measuring again too soon produces a number that means nothing.

The term exists for that reason, not because we expect anyone to want to leave. After the initial term the programme continues month to month unless you tell us otherwise.

What Growth does not promise

  • It does not guarantee that any AI assistant will name or recommend your business. Nobody controls a third-party platform, and they change without notice.
  • It does not guarantee that visibility will improve, in three months or in any other period.
  • It does not establish that a change we made caused a change in the answers. A movement between measurements is reported as an observation, with the record of what was changed alongside it.
  • It does not measure your competitors. Our instrument currently measures one target — your business.
  • It is not a traffic, lead or revenue commitment. We measure what assistants say, not what your sales pipeline does.

There is evidence behind the second point, and it is our own. In our August 2026 study, a control group of firms we changed nothing about moved by 0.60 percentage points across five weeks — from 3.59% to 4.19% — for no reason we caused. Visibility drifts on its own, which is exactly why any change worth reporting has to be measured against a baseline rather than asserted.

What we do commit to is the correctness of the work: that the measurement is real, that every figure carries a date and a method, that you approve changes before they happen, and that we measure again afterwards so you can see what happened rather than take our word for it.

Have the work done, and measured

Tell us what your business does and what you already know about your position. If Growth is the right fit we will say so, and if something smaller would answer your question first we will say that instead.
