AI Visibility Products
TendorAI offers different levels of measurement, diagnosis and implementation, depending on what a business actually needs. Some want evidence of where they stand. Some want that evidence explained. Some want the work done and measured continuously.
Three products cover those three needs, and you can start at any of them. Enterprise engagements are arranged privately.
Choose what you need
The AI Visibility Benchmark is a one-off £595. The AI Visibility Audit is a one-off £1,995. AI Visibility Growth is £1,995 per month on an initial three-month term. The AI Visibility Report is free. TendorAI is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.
AI Visibility Benchmark
See what is happening.
A focused measurement of how AI assistants answer a defined set of buyer questions about your market, repeated across several runs so you see a pattern rather than one answer on one day.
The Benchmark shows:
- Whether AI assistants name your business, across a defined set of buyer questions
- What the recorded answers actually said
- Which sources were cited in those answers, and whether your own site was among them
- How consistent the answers were across repeated runs
- A one-off measurement — not a monitoring subscription
AI Visibility Audit
Understand why it is happening.
A deeper investigation into the evidence behind your position. The findings and the priorities come out of what was measured, not out of a template.
The Audit covers:
- Your current AI visibility position
- How AI assistants represent your business
- Sources cited in AI responses
- The visibility gaps the evidence supports
- Findings, with the evidence behind each one
- Prioritised areas to address
AI Visibility Growth
Act, measure and improve.
An implementation and measurement programme on an initial three-month term. A managed service, not software you log into and run yourself.
Each month:
- Measurement on a question set fixed at onboarding and kept constant, so month three is comparable with month one
- Diagnosis of what AI assistants can and cannot currently read about your business
- Implementation — structured data, page and content changes, either by us or by your own web developer
- A written record of every change made, the date, and what we expected it to do
- Re-measurement against the same question set, and comparison with the baseline
None of these is a prerequisite for another. Every paid engagement is arranged on a call — there is no online checkout, because the scope depends on what the evidence shows about your business.
Enterprise
Some engagements do not fit the shape above — several brands, multiple markets, or a scope that needs to be built rather than chosen. Those are arranged privately: scope and commercial terms are agreed with you rather than fixed in advance, which is why there is no published Enterprise price and we will not invent one.
If that sounds like your situation, raise it on a call and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can do well.
Book a conversationThe difference between them
Three products, three different questions. The distinction is about how far the work goes, not about how good it is.
- Benchmark — see what is happening.
- It measures and records. You end up with a dated, repeatable record of how assistants answered a defined set of questions, including which sources were cited. It does not explain why the pattern looks that way, and it does not produce an action plan.
- Audit — understand why it is happening.
- It investigates the evidence and sets out the gaps that evidence supports, with prioritised findings and the reasoning behind each one. It is a diagnosis. It is not implementation, and it is not an ongoing programme.
- Growth — act, measure and improve.
- It runs the cycle: agree the actions, implement them, record what was changed and when, measure the same question set again, and compare the result against the baseline. It is the only one of the three where the work itself gets done.
Buying one of them does not qualify you for the next and does not commit you to it. Each is complete in itself, and the findings are yours to act on with your own team or developer if that is what you would rather do.
The ladder is a path, not a gate
Listed in order, the three products look like steps. They are a recommended route, not a sequence you are required to walk. In practice:
- The Benchmark is not mandatory before the Audit. You can start with the Audit.
- The Audit is recommended before Growth, but it is not mandatory either.
- Growth can start without an Audit. Where it does, month one includes baseline measurement, a focused diagnosis and the actions that follow from it — so the programme still starts from evidence rather than assumption.
- Stopping is a legitimate outcome. A Benchmark that shows nothing worth acting on has done its job.
Where the Benchmark does lead on to an Audit, the fee carries over: buy the AI Visibility Audit within three months of your Benchmark being delivered and the £595 you paid for the Benchmark is credited against the £1,995 Audit. The credit applies to the Audit only. There is no Benchmark or Audit credit against Growth.
Which starting point is right depends on what you already know. If you have no evidence at all, begin with measurement. If you have measured and want to know what it means, begin with the Audit. If you already know roughly where you stand and want the work done rather than described, begin with Growth.
What happens next
Whichever product you start with, the first few steps are the same.
Talk to TendorAI
A conversation first, not a form and a quote. We want to know what your business does and what you already know about your position.
Define what needs to be measured
Which buyer questions matter, which markets they cover, and which assistants they should be put to. This is what a measurement is actually made of.
Choose the appropriate starting point
Benchmark, Audit or Growth, depending on how much you already know and how much you want done rather than reported. We will say if we think the cheaper option is the right one.
Establish the evidence
The agreed questions are put to the assistants and repeated, and the answers are recorded. Everything after this point refers back to that record.
Move into diagnosis or implementation where appropriate
Some businesses stop at the evidence, which is a legitimate outcome. Others go on to findings, or to the ongoing cycle of acting and measuring again.
The full cycle behind all of this — Understand, Measure, Evidence, Find, Act, Remeasure, Compare, Report — is set out on How It Works. If the category itself is new to you, AI Visibility explains what is being measured and why.
Not sure which one you need?
That is a reasonable place to start from. Tell us what your business does and what you already know about your position, and we will tell you which of these is the sensible starting point — including when the answer is the cheapest one.
